GD-25

The GD-25 is a state-of-the-art drawn arc stud welding gun designed for shear connectors with large diameters (22 and 25 mm). Its robust design and advanced features make it ideal for heavy-duty applications, including welding through metal decking.

The gun’s ample adjustable lift (0-6 mm) combined with a hydraulic piston damper ensures optimal welding results for large-diameter studs. Its piston with a linear ball track, automatic length compensation system for varying stud lengths and surface conditions, and impact-resistant housing make it reliable and durable for demanding construction site conditions.

The GD-25 is equipped with a high-grade welding cable (120 mm² cross-section) capable of handling the high currents required for larger diameters. An optional integrated travel measuring system further enhances functionality, simplifying lift adjustments and enabling quality monitoring by recording critical parameters such as stud protrusion, lift, immersion depth, immersion speed, and short-circuit time during the welding process.
