For welding up to 3/8" (10mm) diameter CD weld studs in mild steel and stainless steel. Standard cable set length is 16ft (5m) for the Clipper and Classic and 25ft (8m) for the Pinto. This gun can be retro-fitted to almost all makes and models of Contact CD welders. With adjustable spring pressure and a variety of different "front end" setups it lends itself to many different applications.

For welding up to 1/4" (6mm) diameter CD weld studs in aluminum and 5/16" (8mm) in mild and stainless steel. This gun is fitted to the SignUS GAP CD welder and gives excellent results on aluminum applications. Standard cable set length is 10ft (3m). Longer cable lengths are available by special order.

With adjustable head height, depth stop and heavy "T" slot base for attachment of fixtures. An ideal companion to the PKM-1B, Bantam CD or ARC weld gun which will help with weld consistency and accuracy.

BANTAM Pinto C8 (Parts Only)

Fitted as standard to all Pinto models and has a modified spindle to accept B collets for welding all insulation pins in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The original cable set length was 16ft (5m), but later models have a cable set length of 25ft (8m).
